These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vman Builds website, digital products, educational content, labs, workshops, coaching services, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Vman Builds.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or exploit these materials for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Educational Content, Labs, Workshops and Courses

Vman Builds provides educational materials including courses, engineering labs (pre-recorded or live), workshops (pre-recorded or live), instructional videos, written materials, demonstrations, assessments, and digital tools.

These offerings may include live or pre-recorded instruction, demonstrations, Q&A sessions, guided walkthroughs, assessments, or supplementary materials. Access to replays, materials, or downloadable resources may be included or time-limited, as specified at the time of purchase or enrolment. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation in any course, lab, or workshop does not result in professional certification or qualification unless explicitly stated. While we strive for accuracy and clarity, Vman Builds makes no guarantees that the content is error-free or suitable for your individual circumstances.

Courses, labs, workshops, and guided builds are instructional demonstrations only and do not constitute supervised training, professional instruction, or assessment. You remain solely responsible for your environment, tools, equipment, safety practices, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

7. Membership

Vman Builds currently offers annual membership (“Vman Labs Membership”) which provides access to educational content, labs, workshops, tools, and associated platform features as described at the time of purchase.

Memberships are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for unused membership time, to the extent permitted by law.

Vman Builds may introduce additional membership tiers, benefits, or pricing structures in the future. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and will not affect existing memberships unless expressly stated.

8. Coaching Services

Vman Builds may offer one-to-one or group coaching services for educational support and mentoring. Coaching services are informational in nature and do not constitute professional engineering, legal, or consulting advice.

Coaching availability, pricing, scope, and inclusions are defined at the time of booking. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited depending on the stated policy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coaching services at any time.

Priority Support (if applicable)

Where included as part of a coaching programme, priority support is limited in scope, response time, and usage as described at the point of enrolment. Excessive or abusive use may result in restriction or removal of support access.

9. Community Features

Vman Builds may offer community features hosted on its own platform or associated services. Participation is optional and subject to community guidelines.

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove access to community features for violations of conduct rules, misuse, or disruptive behaviour.

10. Vman Workspace

Vman Workspace is a learning and project platform providing structured environments, tools, templates, and interactive features. Access depends on membership status or programme enrolment.

Features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time to improve functionality or reflect platform evolution.

11. User-Generated Content

Where user-generated content is permitted, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Vman Builds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt the content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, tools, videos, templates, software, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Vman Builds and the (parent company—TBD). Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13. Disclaimers and Safety

All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” You acknowledge that many activities demonstrated involve inherent risks, including the use of tools, electronics, and equipment. You assume full responsibility for your environment, safety practices, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vman Builds and its affiliates disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, injury, or financial loss.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vman Builds and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. Termination may include loss of access to purchased or licensed content, subject to applicable consumer laws.
