• Mobile app data: Retained for as long as the user maintains an active account or until the data is manually cleared within the app. Error logs and usage history may be anonymised and retained for analytics.

• Account and transaction data: Retained for 7 years (for legal and tax purposes)

• Marketing data: Retained until user unsubscribes or deletes their account

• Coaching data: Retained for up to 2 years after the final session unless deleted earlier upon user request or retained for legal or ethical compliance
